Atlanta DJ and turntablist.
DJRoco
Homecomings, rooftops, silent parties and the throwback nights the city still talks about.
The story so far
Roco is Rod Copeland, an Atlanta DJ who came up on turntables: scratching, beat juggling and the kind of blends you only get from years of practice before anyone was watching.
Since 2016 the name has been on homecomings, silent parties, rooftops and proms across the city. He co-founded the Silent Party ATL series with Uptown, runs The Rewind, a throwback night for people who still know every word, and plays the Spelman and Morehouse homecoming weekend, Lux Cafe and the occasional convention floor.
Hip hop, R&B, Afrobeats, house, and whatever the room needs at one in the morning. Available for clubs, private events, weddings, schools and corporate.
